Graphic Design Services

A non-refundable deposit of [X% or fixed amount] is required to secure design services and begin work.
Full payment is due upon final delivery of approved designs.

Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started, a refund minus the deposit may be issued.
After Work Has Begun: If work has started, refunds are not available. However, reasonable revisions will be provided to meet the agreed-upon brief.
Final Files Delivered: Once final files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Client: If you cancel [X] days before the scheduled session, your deposit is forfeited but any remaining balance paid may be refunded.

Service Not Delivered: If, for any reason, we fail to deliver the agreed-upon photography services due to our fault, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the situation.

Design and photo editing timelines will be discussed prior to the project start. Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication or delayed approvals) are not grounds for a refund.
Each service includes [X] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction resulting from unclear instructions or subjective preferences not communicated in the initial brief.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content (e.g., templates, presets, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
